From top to bottom

Founded in 1988, and incorporated in the State of Maryland in 1991, ADC is a minority, woman owned business serving the Baltimore and Washington, DC metropolitan areas.  When founded, ADC was looking to accommodate the detail cleaning needs of law firms and other organizations.  They had backed into the food business through adding pantries, kitchens and cafés to their facilities to enhance the employee experience.  Through client driven need and lack of industry offering, ADC quickly expanded to offer a host of other services.

Since inception, ADC has strived to lead the industry in service and cutting-edge technology.  Always keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry, each new technology that is introduced through manufacturer recommendations replaces the existing, whether machinery or supplies.

After branching out to offer carpet cleaning needs and mastering the textile cleaning requirements of commercial facilities, ADC began adding specialized services. Throughout the last 30+ years, services have been expanded to include wood, stone, and leather restoration and maintenance; sanitization; painting; power washing and water damage restoration.  Despite offering a wide array of services, ADC has always remained firmly rooted in building maintenance such as detail cleaning, cleaning of upholstery, carpet, and fabric covered panels.

Management and all staff members receive rigorous up-to-date training learning state of the art procedures for cleaning and maintaining the fabric fibers in carpet, upholstery, and drapery. Additionally, we utilize a technical consultant with over twenty years of commercial experience, as well as a diagnostic laboratory facility.

ADC’s business philosophy is to provide our clients with the best maintenance programs the industry can offer, at a reasonable price and, with a personal touch.  As a service-oriented company, we place the highest emphasis on quality and will do whatever is necessary to satisfy the needs of your company.  Public and private sector companies utilize our services to maintain their facilities from top to bottom, as an enhancement to the janitorial programs already in place.
