PROVIDED BY OUR STAFF

Our staff and extended family are trained and prepared to successfully and
costeffectively repair, refurbish, refinish, restore, renew or detail
clean any part of your facility ... from top to bottom.

CEILINGS
Fabric and composite ceilings can be cleaned with proper chemicals.
Complete masking of contiguous areas and use of throws to cover
furnishings and flooring will protect the surroundings during this service.

WALLS
Wood walls and millwork are cleaned with a special product which will
remove soils without attacking the finish. If close-pore wood, the
finish is hand-rubbed. If open-pore wood, the wood is treated and
then hand-rubbed.Vinyl walls are cleaned with care not to remove
the polished finish. Fabric walls are vacuumed and tested before
cleaning to determine not only the type of fabric and the best product
for successfully cleaning the fabric, but also to determine the type
of gluing agent used to assure that the fabric remains affixed to the wall.
Painted walls are gently spot-cleaned to avoid removal of the painted
finish. New, flat latex wall paints are waterproof. Leather walls
are cleaned, nourished and restored.

GLASS AND INTERIOR WINDOWS
Since frosted or etched glass, often used as an accent wall or decorative
barrier, may be sand-blown or an applied vinyl overlay, the chemical
application and use of special cloths may vary to protect the finish
and properly remove accumulated soils.

KITCHENS AND PANTRIES
Detail cleaning and sanitizing of these areas, most frequently visited by all
personnel, are required both inside and outside appliances, cabinets,
drawers and trash receptacles. Walls require spot-cleaning and vinyl
flooring necessitates stripping, flushing, waxing and polishing.

FURNISHINGS
Whether the finish is wood, laminate or marble, maintenance and refurbishing
or refinishing are necessary to retain the image of a well-cared-for facility.
Most services, even refinishing, are performed on site, however, when the
damages require extensive repair and refinishing, off-site services may be performed.

UPHOLSTERY
Fabric upholstery may call for dry cleaning (solvent solutions) to protect
delicate finishes, or water-based cleaning with a special tool that won’t
allow liquid to penetrate beyond the face fiber. Leathers dry and crack from
the effects of heating and air conditioning. Cleaning, while important,
is only half the job. The nourishing of all leathers should be performed
no less than once per year. Leathers that are distressed from extensive
wear can be refinished on site. Let’s not forget panel partitions when
upholstery cleaning services are considered. Cleaned with the same
sensitive equipment, the fabric on all modular furnishings can be rehabilitated.

METAL FINISHES
Brass, chrome, and other metals appear in offices in door knobs, push plates, banisters
and accent pieces. They can be polished and sealed for optimum appearance.
If the protective coating has worn off and the finish shows pitting, refinishing and
the application of a sealant will restore the metal to its original appearance.

OFFICE ACCESSORIES
Computers, typewriters, telephones and other office equipment require
detail cleaning and sanitizing. Oil paintings, lamps and lamp shades,
wall hangings, blown glass sculptures and other objects d’art, call for a
gentle cleaning technique with specialized chemicals, chemically treated
sponges and cloths, for cleaning without damage.

FLOORING
Wood floors require refinishing to remove damage caused by traffic patterns
and wear. Polyurethane floor sealants extend the life of wood, and prolong
the period of time between refinishing, but these finishes too, dull from
minute scratches due to wear. Polyurethane treated wood flooring requires
sanding only when not maintained on a regular basis, thereby removing
only the polyurethane protective sealant. The floor, looking new, eliminates
the need for future refinishing. Made of granite, marble, limestone or terrazzo,
stone ages and, therefore, requires ongoing maintenance. Scratches from
wear dull the finish making the stone look worn. To return the stone to its original
condition, a procedure called honing, performed with graduating grit diamonds,
removes the scratches and returns the stone to a smooth matte finish. Vinyl
flooring requires frequent scrubbing and periodic stripping, flushing, waxing
and buffing. Burnishing equipment hardens and shines the finish between
stripping and waxing services. Carpeted space and area rugs are among the most
important decorative statements in the facility, presenting warmth and aiding in
acoustics. Keeping the fibers in carpets and rugs clean, calls for frequent
vacuuming and power pile lifting, to remove particulates that wear the fiber.
Low moisture cleaning systems such as dry cleaning methods, which depend on
solvents, are the safest techniques for long-term carpet care and minimal carpet
damage. Anti-static protection is important during heating months to protect
equipment sensitive to static shock. Soil retardant is helpful in areas where soil
is exceptionally hard to remove. The retardant won’t deter soiling, but will
seal the fiber so that the soil is not absorbed.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES
The Conference Center and well-appointed conference rooms present the image
of the firm to the client. Sophisticated services including setup, breakdown and
maintenance of an immaculate environment should be performed by trained
technicians who understand both the nuances of discreet service and are
proficient in performing professional cleaning.
